Q. If I have more than one child whose date of birth should I use for registration

A. You may use any one child’s date of birth in such case

Q. I have kids in both schools (BHS and SBGS) which school should I select for registration

A. You can select any school for registration and provide the date of birth of the child studying in that school. The registration will be valid for the child in the other school and you will be able to buy the products for the kids in both the schools

Q. When will the actual sale begin

A. On the date of declaration of the result, except for new admissions in class Nursery which will begin earlier

Q. I have forgotten the parent ID what do I do

A. You can use the forgot parent ID option and provide the following

  1. Name of the child (exactly as per school records) his/her date of birth (as per school records) in DD/MM/YYYY format (e.g. 01/12/2012 for 1 Dec 2012)
  2. Your mobile number
  3. The parent ID will be sent to you by sms

Q. In spite of giving the parent ID and date of birth I am not able to register

Q. Which email ID should I select?

A. You can choose any email as per your choice. Apart from being your login ID the email ID will be used for emailing the order details, despatch details, delivery confirmation, invoice copy etc.

Q. Which mobile number should I choose

A. Your mobile number will the main source of contact for us and hence we request you to use the mobile number on which we can easily reach you. Also we encourage you to provide the alternate number to help us serve you better.

Q. Why I need to provide address at the time of registration

A. This will help us in planning our deliveries better as there is a small window for delivery between the date of declaration of the results and beginning of the school session for next academic year.

Q. Which address should I provide and can I change the delivery address later on

A. Please provide the address where you want the delivery of your order. Yes you have the option of changing the delivery address at the time of placing the order
