An order placed on the website can be cancelled before it is processed. Once the order has been processed it cannot be cancelled. In cases where an order is cancelled, the payment gateway charges incurred by kydsmart.com will be deducted from the customer’s payment and the customer will get refund for the remaining amount
Kydsmart.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
Any product which has been bought on the website can be exchanged/replaced within 7 days from the date of receiving the order except when (a) Items have been used or opened. (b)Item is not received in the condition that it was delivered. (c) Original tag or sticker has been removed. Request for exchange/replacement can be made by mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling customer care at 033 65006464 Please mention your ORDER ID in the subject of the email or over the call.
'Damage' or 'defect' is as defined under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please return the item in the actual condition you received it with all its original packaging and accessories.
100% refund will be given, if product is not available or we are not able to ship the product. Refund will be processed within 7-10 days after the returned products have been received..
